Responsible for the collection efforts on delinquent accounts for assigned branches. Interaction with branch personnel and teamwork in collection techniques required. Must represent CAFCU as a financial professional, effectively working with members to initiate and develop solutions for repayment timetable. Responsible for controlling delinquency and promoting credit union services to membership. Duties must be accomplished in compliance with federal and state laws and in accordance with the credit union’s policies and
