July 8\, 2026 π Program Begins: 4:30 PM π Nationwide Reading Begins: 5:00 PM π Elgin History Museum 360 Park Street\, Elgin\, Illinois Bring your family\, friends\, and neighbors as we join Americans from coast to coast in this historic observance. Bring a lawn chair\, enjoy refreshments\, and stay after the program as the Elgin History Museum will be open for visitors. Together\, we will reflect on the ideals of freedom\, equality\, and representative government that continue to shape our nation nearly 250 years later. We look forward to celebrating America's story with you!
