Dates: Saturday\, July 25th &\; Sunday\, July 26th Bowes Creek - Saturday\, July 25th The Highlands - Sunday\, July 26th
Cost: \;$75 Per Player (Green fees\, cart fees &\; range are additional) This event is open to any amateur golfer regardless of residency.

Flights: Players will be flighted based upon their first round score. Championship &ndash\;D Flights will be contested based upon the number of entries. The lowest 15 scores and ties will comprise the championship flight. The next 15 will comprise the A flight until all players are flighted.
Handicaps: We will be conducting a gross &\; net division in each flight. A valid USGA handicap is required for a player to be eligible for the net portion of the event. 80% of the player'\;s USGA handicap\, as of 7/18/25\, will be used to calculate the net scores.
Prizes: The Elgin Open Champion will receive a trophy. All other place winners in the gross and net divisions will receive gift cards redeemable for golf shop merchandise.
Divisions: Seniors will have the option of competing in a separate senior/ super senior division. Participants in that division will be eligible to play the forward tees. The choice must be made at the time of entry. No adjustments will be made once the entries close. Men'\;s Division: Ages 18 - 49 Senior Division: Ages 50 - 61 Super Senior Division: Ages 62+ Women'\;s Division: All ages Junior Division: Ages 17 or younger
Rules: USGA Rules shall govern all forms of play except where modified by a local rule. The committee will determine the rules of the competition and all rulings shall be final. |
