An eBlast, one-time, direct email is a tremendous opportunity to communicate with approximately 1,600+ Elgin Area Chamber contacts on our membership list. This is an exclusive advertising opportunity for you as a member to advertise your business. We will do our best to give you your first choice of dates, given the desire for advertising by our members. 

The eBlast dimensions are 8.5”x11” (standard letter size). Members should submit a .JPG or .PDF file with the design ready, the link to your website, and a preferred subject line. A Chamber design fee of $50 an hour is available to Members who may wish to have assistance with creating the design. Graphics must be clear of all copyrights.

Our policy for paid emails is as follows:

1. Only EAC members in good standing can utilize this means of communication

2. Each e-mail will have the notation that it is a “paid email”

3. The purpose must be to promote a service, product, need, or event offered by the member with no membership promotion nor direct asks for monetary support for an organization

4. The content of any and all paid emails must be approved by EAC and EAC reserves the right to refuse any email they deem inappropriate

5. No non-members shall be promoted within any paid email

6. Cannot be used for political purposes including political campaigns and political issues

The Chamber prefers to send paid emails as a group once a week on Fridays.
