In this engaging session, Erin Ramirez, Founder of Real Change Studio, helps women step into leadership with confidence.

Whether you're leading for the first time or ready to lead at the next level, you'll experience a transformative shift from waiting for clarity to creating it, and walk away with practical tools to lead with confidence in today's world.

Our Women's Leadership Circle is a collaboration of women leaders to help you build relationships and extend your personal and professional development. This is an opportunity to collaborate and network with a charismatic group of women representing many sectors of business, education, health care, manufacturing, and non-profits. We'll meet monthly for lunch from 11:30 am to 1 pm and occasionally in the afternoon from 4:30 to 6 pm. 

We're unable to issue a refund if your reservation is not canceled 72 hours in advance because we've already paid for it. Attendees of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and/or its official photographer to capture their image via photograph, video, or screenshot in the context of the event. Footage captured by the Chamber and/or its official photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials
