Navigating Life, Work and Well-Being with the EAC Women's Leadership Circle

Description

The concept of work-life balance can often seem elusive, especially for women in leadership roles, who are juggling multiple responsibilities.  Our meeting this month will feature a local therapist, Marissa Raglin, MA, NBCC, LCPC, Founder of Simplifying Therapy, presenting on navigating life, work, and well-being.

With a passion for mental health education and prevention, Marissa empowers individuals to navigate the complexities of life, work, and well-being through practical therapeutic approaches and meaningful reflection. In this session, we will focus on pinpointing our core values and exploring how they align with the way we spend our time. By pausing to reflect, you’ll gain clarity on where adjustments may be needed to create greater alignment and purpose for the season ahead.

Our Women's Leadership Circle is a collaboration of women leaders to help you build relationships and extend your personal and professional development. This is an opportunity to collaborate and network with a charismatic group of women representing many sectors of business, education, health care, manufacturing, and non-profits. We'll meet monthly for lunch from 11:30 am to 1 pm and occasionally in the afternoon from 4:30 to 6 pm. 

We're unable to issue a refund if your reservation is not canceled 72 hours in advance because we've already paid for it. Attendees of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and/or its official photographer to capture their image via photograph, video, or screenshot in the context of the event.
