Automation Machine Builder M-F Days $23-25 hour pay commensurate w/ Exp.
Coordinates and performs the mechanical design, building, debug and installation of new automation tooling. Upgrades of existing production equipment of insert molded components, and associated product assemblies. Three or four year trade school; 5 years toolmaker experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. SPC, 8D, team building, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, machine tooling to fabricate parts using milling machines, surface grinders, engine lathe, drill press, and miscellaneous power hand tools.

Follows simple verbal or written operator instructions for each custom job for sequence of operation and cycle time. Assembles light parts using simple short cycles following standardized methods. Uses fixtures as provided when needed. Makes simple fits such as files burrs, re-reams, trims flash and makes minor adjustments. Uses hand or simple power tools, blanking press, and spot welding. Loads cavity with insert and or removable tooling. Pushes control buttons to activate machine panel. Closes mold, shuttles, and ejects the molded part to remove it from the tool. Works with up to 4 operators together to complete the operation required. Visually inspects own work to ensure quality of product. Packs the parts into the box per instructions. Fills out production ticket showing job number, press number, date, operator initials, etc. Assists in training of operators. Reports all operation and quality problems immediately
Maintenance Mechanic Hours flex 2nd shift 1:00 pm- 11:30 pm Sunday-Thursday $10-14 hr. Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe and electrical systems in manufacturing establishment. Two year trade school and/ or 2 year college for maintenance mechanical repair for machinery; and two years hands on experience; working knowledge for repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical equipment, and reading schematics. Forklift safety certification a plus.
Process Engineer Days $45-55 K yr. Pay Commensurate w/ Exp.
Plans, coordinates, and directs scheduling for all mold sampling for project engineering. Develops the best process for function and cycle to achieve a quality product to the acceptance of the customer and Capsonic by performing the following duties. Samples mold tools and documents settings, functional problems, concerns regarding cycle time, and any other relevant information which would affect quality to our customer and production requirements. Reports all findings to project engineer, operations manager and other key personnel. High school or GED; and/or Five years of plastic processing trade school and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience. TS 16949, advanced mold processing, plastic materials, troubleshooting mold press problems, mold press auxiliary equipment, mold press requirements and types, mold tooling, ability to train.
Production Engineer Days $50-70 K yr. Commensurate w/ Exp.
5 yrs. of plastic processing trade school & 2 yrs. related experience preferred. Advanced mold processing, plastic materials, troubleshooting mold press problems, mold press auxiliary equipment, mold press requirements and types, mold tooling, ability to train, TS 16949 & ISO14001.
Metrologist - Sr. Lab Technician________________________________ __ $20-22 hr. Commensurate w/ Exp.
CMM programming using Mitutoyo CMM with MCOSMOS or GEMEASURE CNC software, as well as automated Vision Measurement Systems (OGP and Micro-Vu). Strong understanding in GD&T and SPC. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power point skills.
Sales Engineer Pay Commensurate w/ Exp.
Manufacturing Sales Professional experienced in custom plastic manufacturing. Individual must have strong engineering background related to automotive, industrial, medical and aerospace industries. This position requires managing both internal team member and some independent manufacture reps. Candidate must be a driven self-starter that will maintain activity in current accounts and develop new accounts. Candidate must have at least 4 years technical sales experience.
Set up Technician 1, 2 and 3rd shifts $16-22 hr. (A level) $12-16 hr. (B level)
Must have prior working experience as a Set up Technician in plastic injection molding
- /Kitting Mon-Fri 8:00 pm- 4:00 am $13-15 hr. commensurate w/ Exp.
Warehouse Manager $42-48 K year- Pay commensurate w/ Exp.
Applicant must have these skills, please read requirements prior to submitting resume: Bi-Lingual (Spanish/ English) highly preferred but not required. 10 years previous Warehouse Management experience (preferably working within a manufacturing environment) plastic mold injection a plus. Strong Inventory Control experience is a MUST - Implementation and management of Daily Cycle Count Programs and conducting physical inventories throughout the year. Advanced computer skills, Excel, Word, 4th shift/ MRP systems experience a plus. Manage all aspects of shipping, receiving, kitting and inventory control. Prior forklift certifications (stand up and sit down). Possess solid people, team building and strong leadership skills. Be detailed, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking.
